Bodypoint, Inc. Introduces Online Education - earn total of .3 CEU
from home or work.

Bodypoint, Inc. has announced a new online education program.  Accreditation for these courses is provided by the University of Pittsburgh-Department of Rehabilitation Science and Technology.  The goal of the program is to offer easy to understand principles to provide improved stability and function in seating with the use of primary and secondary supports.

The Bodypoint course offerings include three separate positioning guides: Pelvic Positioning, Upper Body Positionng and Lower Extremity Positioning.  All three must be taken together and qualify for .1 CEU each (.3 total)  These courses are offered free to therapists, rehab technology suppliers and other seating professionals for a limited time.

Stealth Products - Is tone an issue?


Stealth Products is excited to introduce the Tone Deflector for headrests. This option will serve two main functions:  Absorb and Avert.

Swing Away Front End Available on Evolv Standers


Altimate Medical's new Swing Away Front for the EasyStand Evolv line of standing frames makes assisted transfers easier.   By adding this option to the Evolv, a caregiver can swing away the kness and tray, and have full access to the seat for easier standing pivot or lift asist transfers.  The Swing Away Front is available in two configurations, Standard Tray and Shadow Tray.
