The Details:
Monthly Rental of $595.00 will be invoiced to the VA for the total of three months at the beginning of the rental period.
Units returned prior to the third month, will receive a monthly prorated credit.
A "Set up and Delivery fee" of $350.00 will e charged when a RECK MOTOmed representative (that would be us) is needed to deliver, setup and train a veteran at the request of the VHA for the purpose of evaluating the MOTOmed for permanent placement. If a unit can be shipped directly to a veteran's home and training is not required there will be no "Set Up and Delivery fee".
At the end of two months, the VA clinician and prosthetics department will be contacted to determine if the unit will be converted to purchase.
If it is, all rental fees will be applied to purchase price of the unit.
If not, there will be no additional charge for pick up.
