The NEW Freedom CGX center of gravity, tilt in space wheelchair is now available!
One of the many features of the Freedom CGX is its new cable-free design which eliminates the need for conventional tilt mechanisms meaning fewer moving parts and less maintenance. It also provides front and rear wheel stability as the frame tilts from -10° anterior to +50° posterior. The Freedom CGX’s weight shifting tilt benefits the caregiver by having the client’s weight centered at all times in the middle of the frame during the tilting process thus reducing the amount of strength and effort required. |

- The seat rail to back cane bracket offers a wide range of adjustability for those clients requiring additional seat to back angle (0°, 10°, 20°, 30°)
- A flared front end provides lateral stability and leaves plenty of room for caster swivel even with longer footrests at 90°. Spring loaded pop-up footrest hangers can be released simultaneously, making it easy to remove foot boxes or one piece footboards
- Viewed from any angle, the CGX has an open, uncluttered appearance
- The tilt is activated by depressing the modifiable foot lever until the desired angle is achieved. The foot lever features a foot activated lock to prevent accidental use.

Prerequisites: This course in intended for individuals who have at least 2 years experience in seating and wheeled mobility. Experience with or exposure to custom molded seating systems and client evaluations are a definite plus.
